"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. "Matt came to inspect our roof and found another tile that needed to be replaced in addition to the 2 that were already broken. He came the next day to do the job. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."

"MJ builder exceeded our expectations. While most builders are struggling with supply chain and labor issues MJ didn’t miss a step. They are reliable, efficient and professional. They recently remodeled our living room; removed existing gas fireplace, installed new energy efficient fireplace, refaced/repainted, addressed numerous electrical issues, and retitled cracked travertine tile. They did this in 3 days and cleaned during and after they concluded our project. We LOVE the outcome!
