"I had several bids for the installation of a metal roof on my home. I went with Mr. Nisley. He demonstrated the willingness and patience to answer my multiple of questions. He remained professional and kind through-out the two days of the installation. He was present each day of the process. The work Mr. Nisley done was impeccable and beyond reproach. Mr. Nisley checked to ensure that everything was too my satisfaction and it surpassed my expectation. I was extremely happy with the work Mr. Nisley and his crew performed. Upon completion of the roof Mr. Nisley ensured that everything was picked up and the area was clean. I was pleased that I had selected Mr. Nisley to do the metal roofing job. Mr. Nisley expertise for roofing was obvious. I would highly recommend him without regret."

"On the higher side of cost, but they had the best options for vertical siding n metal over roof."

"Great roof, great installation, A+"

"I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."

"Everything went great they was on time they cleaned up after their self and explain everything as they were doing each particular steps of my roof to get it fixed"

"We had S & E Roofing replace our roof four years ago, in 2013. To match the shingles on our upper roof, he used IKO brand shingles. The shingles turned out to be defective. After three years they began curling badly, most likely because they never sealed. I contacted Tim Cone and requested he come out and take a look. He did and agreed they had failed. Tim submitted the warranty claim for us, with samples and photographs, and said he would honor the warranty regardless of IKO's decision. Last week he completely replaced the roof, tearing off the defective shingles and replacing everything. The roofers were professional, courteous, and took their time to do the job correctly. Clean up was thorough. We are still waiting to hear from IKO. If you're re-roofing your house and you want someone who has integrity and honors their promises, S & E Roofing is your best bet."

"Worked with sales associate Eric N. throughout the whole process (inspection, estimate, scheduling, and post construction inspection/follow-up). At the start, he took time to point out all the issues that were present with my roof and explained all options Matthews would provide to replace it. He also explained how their 10-year warranty works and that Matthews would inspect their work every few years (no costs to do inspections but if repairs are needed a small fee for labor is required). After the work order was signed, Matthews was able to start the project four weeks later. As for the work itself, it was done in a timely manner and all debris/waste/dust had been completely cleaned up. On post-inspection of the work, there were a few items that needed to be corrected but Eric was able to address and resolve those issues immediately. One example was an error of the skylight (the wrong design was ordered/installed). He was able to get a new one ordered and installed a few months later (ordering the skylight took a few weeks but Matthews could not install immediately due to the snow/extreme cold). For the "inconvenience", he was able to have gutter guards added for no additional charge. Overall, I am happy of the work done by Matthews. Eric was very pleasant to work with as well. Would definitely use Matthews/Eric again for any roofing projects I would have."

"When I purchased my home YEARS ago, they installed my new roof. I can't remember who recommended them. When they replaced my entire roof, the crew arrived on time and work efficiently until the end of the job. At the close of the job, they cleaned everything. I did not see traces of them being at my house. My neighbors complimented how well they did the job and the clean-up. So naturally when I had a small leak in the roof, I called them. They immediately responded. Due to COVID there was a wait. I expected that, however, they kept in constant contact. The weather was a challenge, scheduling me was also a challenge, along with my travel, but I trust them. When I was put on the schedule, they called. Again, I didn't know they were at my house. The work was done with excellence and so was the clean-up. I live in the Roseland area and have definitely recommended them to all my neighbors. They will be my contractor for my new windows and tuck-pointing when I'm ready. Nombach is awesome!!"
