We brought E T Landscaping in with a wide scope of services to include tree removal and stump grinding, weeding, mulching, aerating, and seeding work as well as putting down some gravel. Upon completion of the work, Julio advised that in order to do it properly, he would need to do some additional work that wasn't originally in scope, but that he wasn't charging us extra. We cannot overstate how much it meant that Julio wanted to do the job well vs. just checking the box. The before and after of the property was astounding and it's hard to believe how much they were able to accomplish. "The work Superior Landscaping performed was flawless. The patio looks amazing, the retaining walls with custom lighting are beautiful and everything Troy recommended for the job was spot on. "Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"I contacted them via phone and left a message describing the job I wanted done . They phoned me a couple of days later and asked about the size of the tree and the location so they would know
what tools were needed. They said that sometimes they need to use the truck to pull the roots up. I gave them a description of the tree and its location and they quoted me a price of $210 over the phone. I sent them a picture via my iphone of the tree and the road in front of my house. They reviewed the picture and said they could do the job. I really appreciated discussing the job with them on the phone as another company I called did not.They said they could do it the next day in the late morning and I told them to come on out! They arrived at my house around 10 am and they were able to make quick work of the job. They  first cut the tree down with a chain saw and then dug the roots out with a pick axe and did not have to use the truck.They didn't damage any of the surrounding plants in my flower  bed. They also dumped some topsoil I had bought into the hole left by the roots. They took all debris with them and cleaned up my sidewalk afterward. They were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job!

"They gave us an estimate on 03/22 and we agreed on 04/04.  They started work on 04/11, with the removal of the existing brick patio and the flower garden,  They poured a concrete base, bringing both these areas to the same height as the sidewalk.  They then built a dry-stack stone enclosure on the front and side of our porch, and installed the square cut flagstone cap on the entire area.  Finally, they built an area of concrete, about four inches wide, to transition from the driveway to the new flagstone area.  This was done in about four days of work, including one day when they had to build a tent-like structure over the work site to shield them from the rain,  The entire crew was courteous, neat, and professional.  We would recommend their service to anyone."

"If you need to replace your underground oil tank, then you're freaking out about the expense and possible catastrophic complications.   So do yourself a favor and call Willard.    This wonderful family company makes everything easy.    

Our very positive experience started with the initial visit by Josh.    Then company owner Billy Willard answered all our many questions.   Considering the options, we decided to purchase a Roth tank.    Not just more compact than other brands, it also has a 30-year warranty.   Willard is the only company in Virginia certified to install Roths.    

Our work was scheduled quickly.    Willard called Miss Utility and also our county -- we didn't have to do a thing.   The Roth tank fit neatly into our garage and Billy and his crew took great care with every detail of its complicated installation.    The removal of our underground tank went really well too, even though the tank turned out to be quite deep.    Frank and Josh worked very carefully to expose but not damage the old tank, and to transfer oil into the new tank.    Then the old tank was prepared so the residual oil could be pumped for recycling.    We hadn't even realized this step would take place, because Willard had made all the arrangements.   Next the tank was lifted and soil samples were taken.      Then, using a truckload of fill Willard supplied as well as the excavated soil, the enormous hole was filled, carefully graded and sown with grass seed.     

You can imagine how many heavy vehicles were in motion to accomplish all this, yet there was not the slightest damage to our fence, landscaping, driveway or house. 

Meanwhile, Tim was connecting the new Roth tank to our furnace, working with ingenuity around the maze of ducting. pipes and wires in our basement.   He wasn't satisfied until he was sure the connection was perfect.   

We thought the entire crew was awesome, and that opinion was validated when the county fire inspector approved everything they'd done.   The Willards and Josh Delaney were not just expert, they were really friendly and considerate.    It was a pleasure to have them around,  They turned what had been a huge nightmare into a perfectly executed solution.
