"We received bids from three different gutter installation companies to address issues of overflowing gutters and damage to downspouts. Francisco was the only one of the three companies who told us our gutters did not need to be replaced; that a good cleaning and replacement of the leaf guards would remediate all the issues we were experiencing. This lowered the total estimate by thousands of dollars! Based on previous reviews we chose Irvin's Gutters to perform the work. Francisco showed up on time, worked around the entire roof line cleaning out not only the accumulated leaves but also a huge amount of debris from the roofers who replaced the roof just before we bought the house. He carefully removed the old damaged leaf guards and installed new ones. The damaged downspout was due to blockage and subsequent ice damage from previous winters. He replaced it with a seamless one to remedy that problem as well. Since the repairs we have had heavy rains with ZERO problems! No more waterfalls cascading onto our deck, all of the problems were completely repaired while saving us an enormous amount of money. Very affordable, dependable and a very nice man. "My wife and I purchased our house about 18 months ago. Back in March of this past year, we discovered that the previous owner had concealed some rot in the exterior walls of the house that had come from a leak somewhere along the roof line. We were initially referred to Ben and his company by a friend of ours who he had done some previous work for. Ben came out, inspected the roof and determined told us he believed that the leak had been coming in around the chimney, but had been corrected by the previous owner.  We asked him at the time if he could handle repairing the wall, and he said that while they might be able to find a way to fix it, they were not comfortable taking the job because, not being framers, they did not want to take on the job and have to tell us later they could not complete it.  This actually very much impressed my wife and I, since most people we found to look at that project were more than happy to take the money even if they were not really qualified for the work.
Several months later, we started having water leaking into our house again, this time on the other side of the home. Given that we very much appreciated their honesty the first time, we called Ben and his company.  They came right out, rearranging their schedule to help us with the pool that was slowly forming in our bathroom. With the weather being extremely rainy, as well as other factors, Ben made several trips out to our home to ensure that they could accurately diagnose the problem. They discovered that while the primary problem was coming from a window we had recently had replaced, the company that had replaced the roof for the previous owner had cut some corners which was leading to all of the edges of the roof starting to rot. He took the time to actually take me and show me the problem and explain what caused it.  He gave us a few options, and in the end we decided to replace the roof to ensure we could fix the rot. Ben and his team came out on 17 July and were able to do all of the work needed in a day, including the pitched roof replacement, replacement of some of the gutters, repairs to a flat roof we have over an addition, and the installation of gutter toppers.  Additionally, our window company was supposed to come out on the same day to fix the window. When they did not show on time, Ben offered to fix the windows for us free of charge, if they didn't come by the end of the day just to make sure it was done right.
When the crew left, the property was spotless! And throughout the whole process, we had nothing but amazing service from Ben and the team. They go out of their way to explain everything to you and show you how and why they are doing what they are doing. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

"Everything went excellent.  The estimator came out to my house and arrived right when he said he would.  He took a quick stroll around the house and measured the windows.  He gave me a quick pitch on the quality of the windows and then the price.  There wasn't any games or trying to up sell me on silly things like some of the other vendors.  Later that week the installers came out and did a much more through measurement of the windows and told me the job would take about six hours to complete. 
A couple weeks later I was called to say the windows had arrived and I scheduled them to come out later that week.  The installers arrived on time and went straight to work.  One thing I will say is the installers do A LOT of work.  I was a little worried through the process they were going to leave things unfinished, but they took care of everything before telling me they were finished.  As you are going through the process, keep the faith, it will all get finished.  They finished in about six and half hours, which is because one original window was installed improperly and they had a little extra work on it. 
I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Window and Door to any of my neighbours, friends or family. 
On a side note, the first guy that came out to my house suggested that I get a triple pane window in what will be the nursery.  I decided to trust him and it was a great decision.  After the new window was installed I looked out it behind my house and saw some of the neighbourhood kids playing in the backyard.  It took me a second to realize I couldn't hear them!  The extra pane really cut down on the sound and I'm very glad he talked me into it.

"The job went well.  I contracted with Corley Roofing & Sheet Metal., Inc. to install my gutters, downspouts, etc., because I was pleased with their installation of my roof several years ago. Corley subcontracted the job to Summerland Roofing & Gutters, Inc.  I was very pleased with Summerland's work.  They installed new aluminum gutters, downspouts, Leaf Relief gutter guards, drip edge, and new fascia board, where needed.  They also wrapped all the fascia board with white aluminum and cleaned up the debris from my yard.  The Summerland subcontractor was responsive to my questions and willingly corrected a problem I saw with the installation of a portion of the gutter guards.  Initially, I was apprehensive about the use of the subcontractor because I did not know anything about the company and the quality of its work. But John Corley assured me his company would stand behind the subcontractor's work and after the job was completed, he came to inspect the subcontractor's work at my request.

"V & C was very courteous on the phone and in person.  They did an excellent job of making sure that everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction.  They arrived when they said they would and finished in a very timely.  They completed several minor repairs as well as removing  totally useless gutter covers I had installed many years ago.  I will happily hire them again!"
