"Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. "Our 2.5 ton upstairs A/C was leaking coolant, so we opted to replace it. Since downstairs unit is a Carrier, we picked Pope's to bid for the job, as they were listed by Carrier, had good marks on Angie's list, and were locally owned. Pope's Air responded the same day we called, and Tim Stewart came in the afternoon, and spent over an hour describing our options and costs. We received a competitive bid, and selected Pope's Air for the work. Our previous supplier had replaced our downstairs unit a couple of years back, and had put in a unit which stressed our ductwork, causing a whistle when loaded. Pope's Air volunteered to have a look at that problem, too, included at no charge. Pope's Air scheduled and came on time the following week. It took a day to do the work, and the installers were clean and professional. They came up with an inexpensive fix in the cold air return ducting, and implemented it. No more whistle. In the upstairs unit, they discovered some crushed ductwork which our previous supplier had ignored and replaced about 20' of ducts, all for a very reasonable upcharge. The A/C works fine, w/ a better airflow, and they will return for an inspection once the weather warms enough to exercise the unit. We plan to use Pope's Air for all of our Heating and A/C needs in the future. Highly recommended."

"I purchased an AL coupon. Service was scheduled promptly. On the agreed day the installer called and asked to come early which was fine. He arrived at the newly agreed time and In only 2-3 bourse was able to install two wall mounts and TVs and hookup the various input sources and in one case run power and video cables through the walls for a clean appearance. Excellent, clean work done most efficiently. Great value! Thank you!

"Overall it went well. I was given an 11-1 window but the movers didn't arrive until 3. Once there, the three gentlemen worked efficiently. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend that the company invest in a newer truck and power tools for the movers. For that price, the need a great job. Moved a two bedroom apartment into a three bedroom home in just over 3 hours.

"I had a great experience with this contractor.  They came when they said they would to give me an estimate, the estimate was reasonable, and after collecting two others I chose them. They then came to repoint my chimney when they said they would, they did the work in the time they said it would take, and the finished product looks great.  They also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The job was probably a little more complicated than usual because my air conditioner units are at the base of the chimney, but they navigated around them without any apparent difficulty.  I am glad I used them and I would do so again!
