"The bottom line is the floor looks wonderful. But, there's much more to recommend Dan and his team. They were professional and helpful throughout the process. Dan and his brothers installed a white oak floor in our bedroom. They were especially helpful in navigating us through the decisions that resulted in just the right floor. The craftsmanship was excellent - their attention to detail and the care they take in completing the job are excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent experience with Jason and his crew, specially Puugee. They were very professional but n all aspects and quality of work, they replaced the hardwood in the whole main level with porcelain tiles and radiant heating system underneath. Jason also replaced all the balusters and refinished the stairs, excellent quality as well! Pricing is reasonable, l highly recommend them and they will be my first contact for any flooring project."

"I contacted Larry after we sustained hardwood floor damage in the kitchen due to a leak from the ice maker.  He installed new hardwood flooring in the damaged area and refinished the entire first floor.  We were very impressed with the end result.  Larry and his staff did an excellent job of matching the stain color to the existing wood trim and the floors looked like new. Larry and his staff were a pleasure to work with.  They were professional and extremely efficient."

"AD Floors installed my living room hardwood floor after removing my old carpet. My living room looks lovely! They even help me moving my furniture. Great price and service!"

"I had laminate in the entry way and in the kitchen of my house.  The entire 1st floor has hardwood.  They came and they replaced the laminate with hardwood and weaved in new pieces seamlessly.  They also sanded and stained it.  We came periodically to check on the progress each evening and they cleaned up after themselves every night.  Javier, the owner,  called me to keep me abreast of each part of the job.  When they finished, everything was cleaned up and it was all perfect and turned out exactly how we wanted it to.  One of the things that I really thought was exceptional was that we had a broken door in the master closet that was broken.  When they replaced the door after doing the floors, they fixed the door, which was above and beyond the scope of work and just a really great display of customer service."

"I was pleased with the quality of work, customer service & time from start to completion. My floors are beautiful & the backsplash is perfect!"

"Of the several quotes we received in response, Eduard's Wood Floors, LLC was the only one that provided a detailed and accurate estimate with materials, labor and removal and disposal fees. Juan (the owner) followed up with an on-site visit to verify dimensions, expectations and to offer advice and recommendations. We had originally thought we would remove and replace our existing wood floors, but after consulting with Juan, we decided to refinish our existing wood flooring at less than half the price and with a custom color and finish. The floors look absolutely amazing, and Eduard's Floors provided service and value beyond compare. Our porcelain tile and wood floor refinishing project was completed within the contracted price (with only minor additional costs based on some unexpected leveling) on-time and at a quality and customer service that are nothing short of remarkable in the Washington metropolitan area. Juan estimated the amount of material needed, ordered the tile stock and picked it up and delivered the material to the job site and there were only three (3) tiles remaining after the installation. The installation staff at Eduard's Wood Floors were courteous, respectful of our neighbors and scheduled work time during the week to minimize noise disturbance in our building. And they arrived ON TIME, EVERY TIME. Eduard's Wood Floors know their business and know how to provide quality service to the highest levels of satisfaction. They are a business with personal and professional service that you can trust in every way; from an honest estimate to planning, organization and quality delivery of service. A+"

"Alexander was referred to me by one of my friends in the Army. The military moved my family across the country to Chevy Chase, MD. We bought a house site unseen, and showed up to discover the home was a total disaster. My wife was in tears. The hardwood floors were so bad that I thought they would need to be replaced. After consulting with Alexander, he assured me that they could be brought back to life. He also encouraged me to shop around. After doing a little research, I quickly realized that Alexander and his team were the most knowledgeable and affordable. Alexander made it a point to match any competing bids to keep me as a customer. Through the whole process it was evident that Cupboards Kitchen & Bath Discounters was passionate about their work. Alexander was always available to answer any questions that I had, and rolled over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. After the floors were completed, I noticed that one of the stairs was damaged from the previous owner’s dog. Alexander offered to come fix it for me free of charge. The floors turned out amazing! I could not believe the transformation. They now look brand new. My wife and I felt like we made a new friend with Alexander during our floor rehab. I would recommend him to anyone. Next up…. "We had Nafi come in to give a price on refinishing some oak flooring and replacing some carpet with similar flooring. He is very charismatic and indicated that it would be cheaper just to pull everything up and install new. We had had a tree fall which destroyed a deck attached to our bedroom which we never use. There is a sliding glass door which led out to the deck. Nafi suggested removing the door and replacing with a window which would open up livable space in the room. He said he could do the framing with the rest of the job. We live in Reston and they are very particular about things and I told him numerous times that the trim on the outside had to match the other windows. He told us he had a source for surplus hickory flooring and gave us a budgetary price for the work of $10k. He came back a week or so later with some samples to show us. He indicated that the surplus flooring he had proposed did not come with a guarantee and thus he wouldn't install it. As a result the formal price for the floor with the window framing was about $12k, a 20% increase. We had done a bit of shopping around, and this was still a fair price, so we accepted. At the appointed time, Nafi and his crew showed up, and on the first day they did the demo, most of the framing work and a bit of the floor installation. On the second day, they finished the floor. He indicated that he would come back to finish the window work. He wanted all but $600 of the remainder of the money. We paid him, which turned out to be a mistake. After that he basically refused to come out and finish the window trim, which had to be completed before the window was installed. My son and I installed the trim a couple of days before the window was available for installation. There is one piece of shoe moulding that was missed in the original install and several small pieces were split when they were nailed and have come loose. I've asked Nafi for a stick of shoe a half dozen times to no avail. So, they do good work, when you can get them there. Don't even think about paying them until you are certain the job is completed."

"They were recommended to me by Floor and Decor and I could not be happier with the work. Thank you!"
