"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"I was very, very pleased with him. Bob Slater is the owner and he did the work. He started October 5 and finished the end of November or beginning of December. Both my husband and I were impressed. He cleaned up after each day's work. He left no mess whatsoever. Had we not looked in the bathroom we wouldn't have known that he was there. He really did a nice job of cleaning up after himself every single day. He does extremely good tile work. He was a very pleasant individual. He was very professional and had a good sense of humor.
