But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

This was a complex restoration, and R&R had to coordinate with the cabinet makers, countertop installers, and other subs during the almost 4-month job. "This is the second time I have used Brewer. I used them about 5 years ago when I had a new floor installed in the downstairs. The price aws good, we got exactly the product we wanted, and they were super flexable when scheduling. They got everything done in a timely manner and were very easy to work with. The one thing that was an issue is when one of the installers scratched the wall pretty good while moving furniture. They were very proactive in getting it fixed however, and were professional and responded fast to cooridnate a drywall person.Overall everything went well and I would reccomend them to anyone! Greg did an excellent job in painting the interior of our house, with the colors we picked. We changed the entire color scheme and his workers were very dedicated in getting the job done right, including adding accent walls where we wanted. We have vaulted ceilings in a couple of rooms and are very pleased with the final project. We also had him paint a portion of the house outside that had begun to peel from a job done a couple of years by another painter. In the process of getting the small bath ready for painting, but not through Greg's fault, we had to replace the toilet and decided to change the flooring and vanity at that time also. Greg's team returned and completed this portion of the project also. We're very pleased with this project and will not hesitate to use Greg again.

", They applied antimicrobial agent  to all areas.  replaced or refinished all doors in the house.--replaced two bath vanities. Replaced and painted all baseboard, repainted a room,  took down family room paneling and installed new wallboard and painted, repaired and painted the drywall in garage. Readied the area for carpet and vinyl etc.  All work was excellent except the drywall patching in garage is not holding up after two years.

"We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy.
