"Renewal Solutions helped us after we had a tree fall on our house and cause extensive damage throughout our home. We did research on contractors in the area and they were recommended by our neighbors. Renewal Solutions were very responsive and never pushy during the estimate phase. Once we selected them they did major repairs on our house in 6 weeks where others said it would take at least 8-10. Their workers were there every single day, showing up in the morning and working through the afternoon six days a week. If he had any questions, Joe and Tommy were available and ready to answer them promptly. I heard horror stories about contractors before so I feel very lucky we ultimately ended up using Renewal Solutions who made this terrible ordeal easy and got us our home back in record time and looking better than ever."

"Sal and his crew are top notch workers. They focus on your job until it’s done and the end result is amazing. They installed a vinyl floor in our den, added new molding, did some dry wall work and painting throughout our house. They leveled our uneven floors, remodeled our bathroom and installed ceramic tile flooring throughout our house. They also installed a barn door for our laundry room. And we couldn’t be happier with everything they did. We get so many compliments on how great the floors came out and how nice everything looks. Sal’s crew work hard and all day just to finish the job in a timely manner. We wish we had more money to do a few more projects because we would’ve loved for them to do more. We will definitely be hiring them in the future."

"I hired AMRC Construction for a kitchen and two bathroom remodel, as well as redesigning the first floor of our home. Anthony, the owner as well as his crew were very helpful in walking us through each step of the way and giving great suggestions. Very reasonable pricing and excellent craftsmanship and quality work. "Our project was a 14' x 14' screened porch. We selected Scott SCS from other contractors based on the interview, his knowledge, understanding of the project, and communication skills. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the finish porch and I would highly recommend SCS. They are a 10 in every category."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Marlboro, NJ

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
