While other contractors wanted to dig into our walkway or excavate our landscaping, Bill found a way to minimize any damage to our landscaping. We also found out that the line was almost 7 feet underground when it should have been no more than 4. "Premier Basement Waterproofing is amazing! My 100 year old basement was musty & damp. I would get inches of water after a rainstorm. Nelson installed a French drain & sump pump which immediately got rid of the water seeping in. He also put up a vapor barrier which has kept my basement dry & no longer musty. My basement is completely water free and it’s been at least 15 months. It’s an amazing difference! I wish the ceiling was higher as it would be a great living space.
