"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."

Because this is a rental property, only the tenants were there when they arrived to put in the filtration system - so I was not able to see a demonstration of how it works, AND I had to reimburse the tenant for going into work late while he stayed for the installation. Admittedly, they were squeezing this work in, as I said "asap", because the water was in terrible condition - but if I had received a call I would have been there in 40 minutes."
