Told me how best to not have same thing happen again. Was in and out in less than 10 mins. He even helped me do a small task because I asked for quick advice on an unrelated problem I had. "My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Very well. This was a complicated job (in fact the first electrician who looked at the job recommended LaCarruba as the only one he would trust to do it. In addition to the wiring it involved running a gas line through the house to the generator. Everything was done professionally, neatly; work was complimented by the inspector. They did their own carpentry and tile work; brought in a plumber for the gas line. Expensive but given the complexity of the job and how well it was done worth it."
