"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Great service, timely and professional."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"They were able to come and repair the oven within the same day of requesting service."

"I could not be any happier with how fast and efficient Mike was. He was friendly and very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem, explained the problem, and did his best to solve the issue. My dryer is working better now than it ever has. Call him if you ever need a Samsung or LG appliance fixed, not too many other appliance businesses will even touch them."
