"service was great. i got my dryer serviced the same day i called the tech was fast and very friendly. 10/10 recommend!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"While the technician who came out did the job well, the communication was very poor. After the first visit, he said he would need to get a part and come back. He offered to come back the next day, but I unfortunately was not available. I asked if he could come Thursday and he agreed. On Thursday, I received a text confirmation, and then he never showed up. I told him we would have to reschedule. On Friday he texted me that his phone died and I guess that is why he could not come. He said he could come that evening or Saturday, but neither of those times worked, so we settled on Monday at noon. On Monday, I received a text to confirm for noon. He showed up at 1 pm. When I opened the door, I greeted him and asked him to come in. He came in without a word or any acknowledgment. In an effort to be friendly, I asked how his day was going, and he said, oh good. That is it. Nothing about missing the appointment or any sort of apology. I went to work on other items around the house, and he finished up. Finally, there had been quite a lot of lint built up in the dryer that he had removed. While he did put it all into a pile, he did not even offer to get a broom to clean it up. I appreciate that my dryer is fixed now, but do not think I will hire this company in the future."

"The technician was punctual, friendly, clean, and efficient. Very happy with service!"

"He came the next day and resolved a complex problem with my Maytag Washer. The charge was fair."

"The dishwasher job was done efficiently and carefully. Mr. Jones analyzed the problem with the dishwasher, got the appropriate part, and carefully installed the replacement part. He ran a test to make sure that the dishwasher ran properly. I have been so satisfied with Mr. Jones's work that I used him to fix my microwave and dryer. Beyond his repair skills, Mr. Jones is personable young man whom you can trust to do work in your home. I highly recommend him."

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"
