The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"We started off  this massive siding project by obtaining seven (7) quotes for the work and as expected the cost was all over the place.  Exceptional Exteriors was not the lowest but based on recommendations and my comfort with Ari (the estimator) during the quoting process we decided to work with them.  Additionally, Chris, the foreman of the group, and Dave, one of the workers stopped to ask questions, confirm the material needs, etc.  It was nice to know who would be working on the house prior to the start.   They started within ~6 weeks of acceptance of the quote.  During the tear off it was discovered that the sheathing on the house would be inadequate to support the weight of the cement board vs. the old cedar.   Ari called and explained the situation, was very honest and added the new sheathing to the estimate at their cost, with no up charge.  It was very fair based on the situation and extra materials / labor that would be needed to attach the new sheathing.  The work progressed fairly quickly for how high and large the job was (at some areas of the house approaching 4 stories high from the ground).  We were able to talk to Chris daily and get updates and stay informed of progress.  He was very understanding, patient and great to work with.  Roman, the owner, kept in touch via phone and stopped at the house to assure all was going well throughout.  Everyone we talked to or dealt with seemed truly engaged in our project.  After all the siding, shakes, soffit and trim was installed they took ~ 2 full days to assure all the caulking, gaps, screws and gutters were complete.  They even came back a few days after they were done, on a Saturday, to assure the back gutters were fully sealed and not leaking at all.  Based on the massive size of this job, difficulty due to the height of the work and terrain around the house setting up ladders, etc, we were extremely pleased with the time it took and the outcome.  We have had quite a few contractors work on our homes in the past and I have to say that Exceptional Exteriors is one of the best.  Good communication, great work and a very nice outcome.  We could not be happier at this point.  "

I was shown a gutter screen he sells and installs before he left. Will contact him again next year. Will definitely consider the purchase his gutters and screens.
