He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. "My gravel driveway in Black Mountain, NC had needed repairs for a long time and the situation became much worse after a plumbing company installed a new sewer line under it. I contacted David Gibson about repairing the driveway as he had previously done excellent work in fixing my foundation that was settling. David and his crew arrived when expected and had to excavate and install extra sub base and gravel due to the much deteriorated condition of my driveway. I am very pleased with the work and I highly recommend him for fixing any driveway or foundation problems."

"Lane came out and listened to all our needs. He walked us through a very clear plan for our basement. They gave us a reasonable quote and were able to schedule us a few weeks later. It took them 2 days to do the work and it was done very professionally. The crew was extremely nice. They brought extra plastic to make sure all our belongings were covered. They even helped me move my washer and dryer! They made sure everything was clean and to our standards before they left. "The team worked diligently and professionally to Waterproof my basement after hurricane Helene caused water to come into my basement. They had to dig down into the foundation, fix the crack and apply waterproofing underneath my patio. While we haven’t had any big time rain since then, it’s been working against any kind of rain happening so far he also guarantees his work which gives peace of mind. They also encapsulated my crawlspace. It looks very professional and well done. It helps keep the humidity down in my crawlspace, and thus and the rest of my house. "Basement & Radon Solutions was contacted to check levels in our basement. After a long testing, our levels read 8 which required a mitigation system. The installers arrived on time, did a neat job putting in the system, and thoroughly explained the system when they were finished. A follow-up testing was done which showed levels now at 2. The people at Basement & Radon Solutions were excellent at communicating when they would be at the house and the results of the testing. We are very happy with the service performed."

"I also had them for regular pest control on separate contract but they seem to be increasing that quite a bit each year and I wasn't happy with that. There pest control service now is using a device that they plant on the ground, several device around your house and up the canisters, and they put in there some kind of a piece of a wood treated with an insecticide. It supposedly lures termites away from your house in canisters. They eat that wood and die. They don't actually come out and spray anymore. These little canisters are in the ground and gets there every once and a while to check and make sure to see if there are termites or if it needs to be refilled. The annual cost of that is two hundred and seventy dollars and that's after we pay an initial to set them up, and several hundred dollars to have their service. Keep an eye on the cost because we had them for the regular pest control and the initial set up costs are kind of expensive, it seems like we payed, and as I looked back, probably close to a thousand dollars for both of their services: the termite and pest control. I'm a little bit concerned for when they were doing the pesticide pest control because I felt they were kind of excessive with the chemicals and we have a lot of birds around the house, we have pets and they would often park they truck up and lay the hose and just throw at the back and basically just spray everything inside. It wasn't really healthy for our animals or the birds"

"We had found a better value for termite protection with a smaller, local company so Terminix came out for an 'exit inspection'. A team of 4 arrived to include the local manager, two technicians and a brand new trainee. During their exit inspection, Tommy noted rodent activity in our crawl space. We had already put out rodent baits ourselves that didn't seem to be as effective as hoped. The activity was determined to be something larger such as a raccoon or similar. Even though we were not a pest control customer, Tommy and his crew began investigating while we watched. They discovered a live possum under the crawl space barrier tarp. The critter had crawled up a drainage pipe and made a nest under the tarp. In a demonstration of excellent customer service, the brand new trainee donned gloves, cornered the unhappy critter and bravely grabbed her by the scruff for removal. At my request, he did not destroy her but released her into a field well off the property. Though we may no longer be a termite customer, we signed a pest control contract on the spot and Stephen did our first pest treatment. The efforts of the team, the consideration of the manager taking time to come along, the respectful way we were treated and the assertiveness of the new trainee convinced us. All our questions were answered and my concerns addressed. We will be covering the exposed drainpipe accordingly. Compliments to Jason, Stephen, Tommy and the new trainee we dubbed "Possum"."

"They had several carbon fiber strips that they were putting in and I liked the appearance of that much better because it just blended right up with the wall.  That was our choice if we went through and then we did call them back and said that give us an estimate on something a little less expensive, but we didn’t hear back from them."
