"Garrett did an excellent job! He mounted 3 large screen tvs, installed a medicine cabinet, and put down a 9x12 rug which required some heavy lifting of a sectional couch. I was sure he would need another person to help him but he had no trouble with the heavy lifting and did the job all by himself. I didn’t have the right type of screws for one TV bracket and he volunteered to go to the hardware store to purchase them and complete the job. It’s so nice to find someone that’s willing to take the extra step. He was efficient, on time and very courteous. I would highly recommend Garrett for any handyman services!"

"Did a great job. After inspecting the disposal we agreed it needed to be replaced, he went and got a new one and replaced it immediately."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"I am very happy with their work.  No musty odor is apparent, it's clean and neat, and I have recovered from "crawl space phobia".  (I have to enter the crawl space to change the furnace filter.)  Everyone on their clean-up team was pleasant, and professional.  The space had been a disgusting mess after the "flood" on July 11, but now it looks as sterile as a doctor's office.  No odors, no filth.  They even cleaned up the entrance area under the porch deck where the access door is located.  The hauled off every bit of debris, including the flood-destroyed hot water heater.  (Another company installed a new one in the garage.)  Presently, mid-October, the humidity is below 60% and the tightly sealed space is still about 70*.  They gave me a remote monitoring device so I can easily access this information from my living space.  Jonathan answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend this company.

"It went extremely well. The technician from Illinois Garage Repair was very professional and did an excellent job in replacing the garage door opener. He even went "beyond the call of duty" by programming all of my remote controls."
