"PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS. ON TIME AND KEPT WORK AREAS CLEAN"

"Chris Johnson did an expert installation of our new shower. His knowledge and workmanship produced a flawless shower. I highly recommend West shore homes to anyone interested in completing a shower remodel."

"We hired Palmetto Bath after meeting with Gary to remodel our spare bathtub/shower. Our installer, Will did the demo in one day and completed the installation the following day. Will's work ethic and workmanship are impressive. We really like the products offered as they are of very good quality and the service we received was top notch."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"Excellent installation team in Taylor and Austin. Installed both an accessible shower that looks beautiful and a new bath floor!"

"It went extremely well. Much better than expected. We have 1600 sq ft of basement. We had a preliminary design in our minds for what we wanted. However we had ductwork issues and a dryer vent running under steel beams. We thought we would have difficulty accomplishing our vision. Jason soffited the ductwork in such a way that it actually looks like the soffits were part of the design. He also contributed some design ideas that really enhanced the end result.

His craftsmanship was also outstanding. He constructed custom bookcases for a study room, installed a small kitchenette area with cabinetry, installed a full bathroom, a small exercise room, and the main room (game/media) complete with home theater setup.

We have had many compliments on our basement. It's our favorite part of the house. It is warm and inviting.

Jason was also a pleasure to work with. He's energetic, intelligent and articulate. He was also fair with us."

"The installers were great; courteous, professional. The company sent the wrong shower floor, so, and was not realized until the tub was pulled. This delayed the install back a few months. Fortunately we have 2 bathrooms."

"Our remodel went absolutely wonderful! Ragan Construction kept things tidy as they moved along, from taking out the kitchen cabinets to tearing out the paneling. They threw out the old and even used the shop vac to keep the dust down, this was so important with my husband and I's allergies. They worked very hard even with changing out the paneling for sheet rock. They are prompt on inspecting cabinets delivered from the local home improvementstore, in case there was damage we could get replacement sooner than later. The only bad thing was that the home improvement store couldn't get our granite in, as they were behind, but no worries, Mr. Ragan put in a temporary wooden countertop, so we could use our kitchen while we waited on the granite. This is my second time using them and I would definitely use them again and again. The cost includes labor only, as we bought the supplies."
