Ethan came out and said the job could easily be done without having to install a new fascia board, which made the job much more straightforward and inexpensive. "The house has a limited amount of guttering so it wasn't an expensive job although another company wanted to charge us $1900- which is a big saving. It went well. I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."

"Overall great job. Called to have the gutters cleaned.. they were covered with a fine mesh gutter guard. They removed the guards and saw (a) the screen mesh was clogged and (b) the gutters were clean. Had them replace the gutter guards. Did such a good honest job that I hired them to return and pressure wash the mildew and algae from the roofing. Came out looking very good and water is again flowing through the gutters. Highly recommend."
