"Xander Was an outstanding salesman, explained the process and everything the company has to offer in depth explained the plan , the install team was wonderful to work with however the Cooperate side of this company is awful and completely lacks communication from giving me inaccurate times for arrival, to having the install crew show up at the wrong location. The supervisor over the crew wasn?t answering his phone when the install crew called on day 2 took over an hour to get a call before they ever started work, wasn?t given notice of when they?d Be done for the day or arrival on day two was just woke up to someone knocking on my door. The crew wasn?t supposed to leave before we did a walk through they were already gone when we arrived at the house. Overall this has been the worst company to deal with for your floors and I will not recommend them to anyone the floors look great but Refloor is an awful company that needs to work on transparency and communication."
