"I was very impressed with their workmanship! I had them resurface my existing wood deck with Trex and couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a trusted contractor who responds quickly, provides competitive pricing, and does the job fast without short-changing quality. The owner Robert, was very patient while I was trying to finalize my decisions and offered his thoughts and provided photos of his projects when he saw I was struggling to help me conclude a final decision. He actually did the job himself and you could tell with his years of experience, he was able to overcome any obstacle and the pride he takes in his work provided quality craftsmanship that is a gem to find in this current environment. I will definitely refer him to my family and friends!"

"Very professional company! They did a Great job scheduling and replacing my fence and adding an entry gate. Pricing was reasonable, I will be using them again to remodel my deck. Thank you Santis and Lisa!"

"Jim and his team were very professional throughout and did an awesome job renovating our exterior porch that enabled us to proceed with our initial concrete project. Jim's recommendation in 3D allowed us to visualize the plans in advance and the end result was perfect for our needs. I will be reaching out to Lockhart Construction for future work and highly recommend that you do the same!!"

"Paddy's guys did the work and clean up the same day. They did such a great job that their foreman checked their work the same day instead of a week later. They charged a fair price for my tiny house. Will recommend every time!!"

"I hired this company in June 2018 for new roof. They take their time and do not rush. I have used them before and plan to use them again. They clean up as they go and did not take any money from me until complete. The owner is on the site working at all times. They respond if called with problem or question."

"Andrew was terrific from our first meeting. I had a little drawing of the addition explaining what we wanted. He worked with us to create our ideas into an addition of bathroom, laundry, mudroom area and a screened in porch. He made suggestions which were very helpful and helped me look for a few different looks I wanted. If he wasn't on the job his crew was and they were great to work with as well and knowledgeable of the project to answer any questions. They were very professional, easy to work with and always reachable with a call or text. We have a beautiful addition and screened in porch that started with scribbles on paper. We would highly recommend Andrew and his team."

"on time, professional, and great design offering which in the end was the difference...pricing a little high and did not choose them for my 2nd project, however, very satisfied w/ the work & response."
