"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! But, only West Plumbing gave us the only reasonable price to come out and determine what was needed. they are the only plumbing company that gave a us a written estimate( with photos) and not a guess-ti-mate. "They came out quickly and accessed the situation which was rather late. They quickly cleaned out the septic tank, but the true culprit was an aging wash field. It was determined that all may be fine for a couple of more years. We chose to wait because my husband had been unemployed for five months and only just started a new job recently. They agreed that was an ok option to take, but they clearly described symptoms we would have early on, so we can call them before things get backed up again.
