Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The demo in the master was completed in a day, and the guys cleared everything after they finished. The tile work was meticulous and just beautiful. I highly recommend Liam Neary Construction."

"This was my second time working with Diorio Builders and again they were stellar! We hired them to finish our large unfinished basement into a rec room, bedroom, bar, and bathroom. This was a big project that covered a lot of areas and Derek and James excelled at every stage. They were always straightforward, polite, and very hard working. They wrote up a detailed contract describing the entire project in phases so everyone's expectations were clear, and kept me updated as to their progress through each phase. They brought issues they found to my attention right away along with ready options for how to fix them. Their attention to detail is superb - their team tiled almost a thousand square feet and there isn't a single one out of place. They have an excellent eye for aesthetics and offered ideas when I was unsure how to integrate the existing structure including a gorgeous and functional knee wall with trim around the edge of the new bedroom, and elegant columns enclosing the rec room supports. Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."
