"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"Started the job. Got money to start and wouldn't come for months. Gave picture of bathroom tile and how it was to be laid. Didn't pick up at all like it was to be laid. He didn't remove a pipe from the roof, so water leaked in, soaked the insulation and left a water stain on the ceiling. I would never recommend him to anybody. I really trusted the guy. A true rip off."

"The job is about replacing 6 old windows with Harvey vinyl and two interior doors. David is very responsive. He gave me a quote immediately. The whole process is actually quite smooth. They arrive on time, clean and vacuum all the wastes. I can feel they are very professional. They finish all the work in one morning including caulking which is amazing. However, they seems to be in rush. Although overall quality is ok, I find some details which are not well taken care of. For example, the frame around the door is not placed even. The caulking is not thorough. I can still see the crack. I plan to paint by myself to make them look better. Based on their professionalism, they can do better. Next time, I will ask them to slow down. Still want to hire them for the basement remodeling."

Gerry and Kyle (father and son) were fantastic to work with. Gerry performed the estimate, made some suggestions to improve the look of the house, and made me feel like I was in capable hands. They went above and beyond just painting my home, with rotted wood replaced, flashing installed, putting the screens in and out, and fixing a previously poorly installed window (all included in the price, no add on charges). My house looks fantastic! As a single woman, I did not feel patronized, but felt very comfortable having "strangers" around my home. (If you're a single woman, this is a big deal.) And I no longer consider them strangers. The estimate was not the lowest or highest and I feel I received a very good value for my money. I would hire them for other work in a heartbeat."

John L. the foreman, was friendly, helpful and competent as was the team that assisted. The job was not an easy one, as the new columns were difficult to match. I was pleased with the final result."
