"Excellent job done by Chicago and Anderson. I will hire them again for another project. They were very polite, efficient and great at keeping us informed about what was happening as they progressed with the job. They installed a new bathroom vanity and large mirror. They know how to deal with small glitches."

"Bought new construction too late to pick colors. Engaged Starbuck to paint some walls. A second home, so. most of the project was handled remotely. Communication and work were both excellent. Recommend highly."

"Replaced the wood flooring and painted the sunroom after frozen pipes resulted in water damage throughout the sunroom. Harold and his crew were very helpful in the process of replacing the washing machine and dryer and helpful in choosing new appliances that would fit into the space. The pricing to do the work was reasonable and we will hire Harold to do more work on the house."

"We would definitely hire PAV Construction again for any home project. They were highly professional, on-time, on-budget, always very pleasant, and their work is OUTSTANDING! This was a major remodel of the entire downstairs of our home with wall removal and wall construction, new windows, doors, new kitchen, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor, rebuilding of staircase, hardwood flooring in the upstairs hallway, basement flooring and ceiling. The work exceeded our expectations!! it is absolutely beautiful! Pavlin, the owner, offered excellent suggestions for the remodel. His communication was incredible. He regularly kept us updated with texts and photos, and responded to any questions within the day. His crew was excellent as well as talented, hardworking and accommodating."

Doing a full home renovation long distance is stressful but Richard and Hannah made it easy with their thorough communications and an honest and fair game plan which they adhered to from start to finish. We are so glad we partnered with them and would readily recommend and hire them again!"

He took time and did the tiling perfectly. Very happy with the end result. He also completed the project on time as he said he would. You won't be disappointed if you hire Leo and his team.
