"Our job was primarily exterior painting, including two large porches and a balcony, and some exterior carpentry. JR and the paint crew were very pleasant to work with. Initial estimating was very accurate and prompt. They did make some suggestions based on what they found, as the job progressed, those proposed changes and the reasons for them were communicated very well. As a result the our house looks so much better ( e.g. painting exterior doors and replacing balcony rails). The actual paint crew was very detail oriented and often worked late into the early evening to ensure timely completion of the overall project. In addition they were safety oriented always securing their equipment and ladders for the night. I was very pleased with the final result, including end of the job walkthrough with JR, to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."
