He even came back quickly when the gas grill showed up and the quick connect fitting previously provided by the BBQ grill company at time of order was the wrong size and he had to replace it with a new one they left with the grill. They eventually determined the gas leak was coming from a cracked heat exchanger in the gas furnace, which required a total replacement. I had already called 8 HVAC companies who couldn't help due to heavy no-heat calls. So I called Gault, who was able to order me a replacement which arrived yesterday morning. His employee came and worked all day on Chr Eve installing the new furnace. He stayed into the evening until I had heat. Amazing service. They all went out of their way to help us when we were in a really bad situation."
