"Earlier this year, a different contractor installed an egress window well and cover. I was very unhappy with the height of the well and finishing details on the cover. An unfinished board was screwed directly to the siding and the cover was mounted to the board. Original contractor was not really interested in making it right. The only way to make it right was a total re-do. Ivan with A&H Home Improvement looked at it and provided a very fair and reasonable estimate to correct the original installation. He was able to schedule this job within a few weeks. The job involved completely digging out the well, replacing one section of siding, mounting a pvc board to the foundation slightly above the well, and mounting the cover to the pvc board. I am 1,000% (yes really 1,000% not just 100%) satisfied with the end result. Ivan was able to use the same well and cover so the cost of this project was basically labor and a few components (pvc board, screws, bolts). The end result is EXACTLY how I imagined it should look. I am very pleased and would definitely call A&H Home Improvement again for home repairs or future projects."

We discussed how to remediate the issue so that I could have an upgraded beautiful, functional bathroom where the garbage disposal doesn’t BURP UP it’s contents into the bathtub. The crew was considerate and attempted to avoid as much “mess making” as possible. I also had HOLT replace the ancient furnace & air conditioner plus install an on-demand water heater unit. My monthly gas and electric bills are now $73 after energy efficient installations. I rely on HOLT for maintenance service, too."

"This experience was fantastic.  We have had a couple of pieces of work done on our house, and this was by far the best.  Ben brought his designer in, Jenna, who helped us put together a full design from my initial ideas and thoughts.  They went through and suggested additional touches and helped us find the most cost effective way to get the look we wanted.  <br /> Ben and Jenna were then every clear about how long it would take for everything to be delivered after we ordered the cabinetry, and they continued to work with the companies to ensure deliveries were made on time.  Ben gave us a schedule in mid January for a one month job, showing which tasks would be completed on each day.  His team appeared on time on the first day, and they stuck to the schedule religiously.  I would go in every day or so and check on things while they were still here, and they were patient and explained everything to me. <br /> By day 2, we had found an issue.  Our bathroom window had been leaking for months at least, and the insulation and drywall under the window was completely rotten.  The team walked through the damage with me, explained what it would take to fix it, where it would fit into the schedule, and the impact to the overall cost.  They were able to fix the damage without pushing the schedule back, and the total change order was less than $1000.  <br /> Overall, the bathroom was finished on time, on budget, and is beautiful.  I would not hesitate to use Red House again.  I believe their prices are a bit higher than other vendors, but it's completely worth the money. <br />"

"My entire home is hard wood floors except for one 5x7 area rug in the living room. And after awhile that rug, even with regular vacuuming, gets pretty dirty (especially with a dog that sheds A LOT). It didn't make send to rent a Rug Doctor for a 5x7 rug, and it certainly didn't make send to buy anything, so I called Springer to take advantage of their service to pick up, clean and then return area rugs. Scheduling a pick-up was quite easy - they were flexible and able to give me a couple-hour wide window of time just a couple days after my call. The estimate was that the rug would be ready and returned in about a week, but actually was ready in just 5 days. Return delivery was equally easy to schedule - in fact the morning I'd scheduled the return I was called and asked if I was home so they could bring it early. <br /> It's a bit pricey when you consider what I paid to clean a relatively small area rug, but the convenience more than makes up for that. Also, everyone I dealt with at Springer was very friendly and professional. I'd definitely use the service again next time my rug needs a deep cleaning."

"I had a bedroom window that needed to be boarded due to be broken.  There was a major winter storm coming later that day, and I wanted to make sure the window was protected from the snow.  I called them at 9AM, got a call right back, and was told someone would come out that day.  I had someone here by 3 PM.  Due to the urgency of the issue, I was very pleased to get a quick response, and service the same day I called.   They worked in a blizzard, cold, and dar, but got the job done!  They were very professional and pleasant!  The window is protected enough to get me through the winter-to have it replaced in the spring. <br />"
