Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required. I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding. She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline. I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design. <br /> A true professional and great person to work with. "Mr. tolbert was always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his job every aspect of his job. I liked working with him because he gave his prices upfront, his prices did not change at the end, of the work. The work was very professionally done. I have had no leaks no problems of any kind since. I also forgot to mention that a pipe burst inside the wall in the guest bathroom shower there was a leak. He put a couple of holes in the sheet rock took out the old copper piping put in new fixed up the sheet rock and gave me an excuse to paint the inside of the guest closet orange. I am very very happy with the work that Mr. Tolbert provides. I myself am a New Yorker new to the south and I like things done in a particular manner. Mr. Tolbert is very qualified. I would suggest you give him a try. You can't not go wrong. These days with plumbers what they try to charge is ridiculous I've believe you will find this to Tolbert to be reasonable."
