"They did a good job. We went in there, we were driving around getting estimates. We went in and talked to the sales lady, we picked a good high quality carpet and pad. The reason we would not use them again they tore up the screen on one window and never replaced it. My biggest complaint, the sales lady was very very helpful during the purchasing period, she said once the carpet was installed she was going to do a walk through with us. Well we never heard from her again, there were a few things I wanted to point out to her, minor things. The carpet looks good, it was a good job. I would just not use them again because the lack of customer good will."

They did this with no guarantee of a successful resolution of their ongoing law suit with the manufacturer. Many companies state that they stand behind their products and reputation but unfortunately when taken to task, fail to perform.
