"We added a patio enclosure to part of our deck area at a country house that we own. The experience was extraordinary from the minute that we met with Andrew Mulichak, our design consultant, through to the completion of the project. At the point that we signed the contract, a completion estimate of 10 weeks was given. Three weeks after we signed the contract, we received a call that the patio enclosure was ready to be installed. The install team took a half day to get the site ready, and then 1.5 days to complete the project. We absolutely love the end result and it came out even better than what we thought when we signed the contract. The advantage of working with Patio Enclosures is that this is their primary business activity and they control the entire supply chain. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend them for any type of comparable project."

"<p>They did a decent job overall they didn't measure the windows correctly a first, wanted to charge me for the fill in pieces, I had to complaint. Then they came and redid the windows. There is a couple of cracks in the windows, I had to re-cement small areas, but overall they were ok. Problems started when the lock they provided for the sliding door broke. Apparently, you can't get this lock anywhere but them, it is their proprietary lock! We went to home depot, local locksmith, nobody has any idea about this lock. I called the company and told the guy that a little spring in the mechanism broke. He had no idea what I was talking about, talked about the truck that was going to deliver parts. I gave him my number, told him that I would like to lock my porch. Didn't get a call for two days. Then I called the corporate number, which is provided on the part page, but the girl had no idea. Now its on my second week nobody called me, I'll have to change the lock completely.</p> <p>These people only want to take your money initially, but really don't want to service their products. There is no parts, no technical service, nothing. If I knew, I would make them put the generic lock that I can buy parts for. </p> <p>It is obnoxious to make your own product, that you wouldn't be able to go to anyone else and not service it.</p> <p>I will never buy from them again.</p> <p><br></p>"

"After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. <br /> <br /> After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. "They removed the old shingles on our 4800 sq. ft. roof and replaced them with high-quality, 30-year, architectural shingles and a new synthetic paper backing. Additionally, they installed a new ridge venting system, as well as new 6" gutters and downspouts, that were cut to length on site. They replaced rotten wood where it was necessary too and had the lowest cost per sheet of plywood of any of the vendors that we had solicited. They worked fast and clean, systematically completing all of the work in three days. We wholeheartedly recommend this company."

"My wife and I had two great meetings with Seth regarding a potential remodel or teardown in North Arlington. Seth is knowledgeable, creative, and energetic. His knowledge and confidence about what was possible, especially in terms of permits and variances on a very small lot, took a lot of anxiety out of the process. He gave us great initial floor plan sketches and cost outlines. Our plans ultimately took a different turn, but I had full confidence in Seth to create a great result."

"It took much longer than expected, part of this was due to inclement weather & 2 ft of snow. When installer came he noted that porch was not secure enough to place sunroom on.  Owner of company came out to inspect while shoring up was being done.TRS shored up porch. Installer knowledgable and helpful. During demoing & building of stairs, they tripped power to house 3 times, finally they took out old outlet from old porch and used other outside outlet. <br /> Projected time to start was 11/14/15 & finish 12/14/15, was not started until mid Dec., and finished 2/25/16.  County did not issue permit until Dec. TRS might be a little more realistic about construction times. Built sturdy steps & landing and put in all new electric to sunroom. A few knobs for windows missing which they had to reorder and one screen not set in properly and bugs got in, and cover plate to electric box with wiring to porch was not put on. They did fix after a few calls.  <br /> When dumpster removed from driveway, it knocked my A/C unit off its base, unit needs to be repositioned we are waiting to see what that will cost.  <br /> TRS did send out a quality review staffer to go over the whole project when finished, which is rare, so it appears that they really want client feedback. <br />"
