He was a super nice guy and stayed way longer than I expected him to (on a Sunday) , but he told me he wasn't going until he had everything done for my power to be turned back on. I was not just impressed by him as a person and his knowledge, but by his work and work ethics. My old breaker box had wires crossed all over the place. When he was finished, my new one had every wire going straight down and over to the breakers; nothing crossed or twisted. I would not only highly recommend Mr. Electric, but I would recommend Joe! "This was the second time they have come out, and once again they were terrific. The first time, my electric was out for part of the house after a storm: I called them at 7:00 am and they were at my house before 8:00 am. They made two trips that day. They got most things fixed that morning, but had to pick up a thermostat and install it later in the day. Today, they came back out and did so much work in 3 hours. They replaced a switch, 3 light fixtures, 6 wired smoke alarms, fixed the wiring on an outside light, ran the wiring and installed a light on the steps to the basement. And I couldn't ask for a friendlier repairman and office staff! I highly recommend them."
