"Dave's team did an excellent job on our project. We had a 65' stretch of property edge infested with neighbor's milkweed rhizomes. Seven shrubs, including two huge pampas grass mounds had to be removed, then replanted. All soil containing rhizomes was removed. Rhizome barrier was installed and clean soil put in. The job was done in the time frame given to us. The team worked hard and everything was done to my satisfaction. We definitely recommend and will hire again."

"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. "Cand S Lawncare comes to my house on a weekly basis to mow our lawn. They are always on time and if it happens to be raining on my usual lawn day, the come out the very next clear day. Dealing with the owner, Chris is a pleasant experience and he is always available to answer questions, help with any issues that may arise, etc. The only reason I gave them a and quot;Band quot; for quality is because we've had to tell them on several occasions to mow along where our property line actually is and not where they think it might be and because I often see some missed areas of trimming under the large pine trees along our fence. Other than those couple things, everything has always been great and I recommend them to anyone looking for a good company that does a good job at a very fair price.
