"All work was done beautifully. Other than the fact that I need to paint the area, you can't tell there was ever cracks in the wall or seams. Work was performed diligently and professionally. Tarps were put down and the area was thoroughly cleans upon completion. This is my second time using their services, but for a different type of repair. Will definitely be using their services again. "Mark's team of three did the entire job in under 2 days. Heavy duty white PVC pipe was run in an L-shape over half the perimeter of the house. Grading helped moved water "downhill". They dug a trench about 60 feet with 3 mini French drains (?) and buried the pipe with outflow at the front edge of my property as it meets the street. Crew was very thorough, neat and professional. Seems to be working fine although no torrential storms to fully test the worst case. Has given me lots of peace of mind. Wish I had a way to keep the leaves from accumulating at the outflow opening though."

"The brothers who run this company were easy to work with, timely, and fun.
I got a call back within a few hours of my initial inquiry. They were at my place within a few days to take measurements for an estimate.
Their price was best among four equally rated Angie's List companies (although still alot for 60 ft of fence in my opinion.)  These guys seemed eager to please and were very willing to work with me to reach a mutually agreeable price. 
BEWARE...  without lots of room to work, your flower/gardens closests to the fence will either have to be moved or will get trampled. 
On our first work day there was a minor scheduling error and the team did not show up or call.  Oh no - but wait!  The Neale brothers are completely professional. I understand errors like this happen and they were fast to apologize and make it right for me. 
Overall this small company was well worth my time and money.
The final product is beautiful and we are happy.

"We are having a fence put up along our property lines and needed several shrubs and small trees cleared out. I called Freestate on Friday, the 25th and was able to set up an estimate for the following Sunday morning. Ben showed up on time, gave an estimate and confirmed they would be able to get me on the schedule for that week.
He promised to follow up with me right away to confirm the details. I received a voicemail later in the day confirming that we were on the schedule for the following day! We had a couple emails back and forth and received extremely fast responses each time.
As promised, the crew came out on Monday and removed everything. They did a great job clearing everything out without leaving any debris. The stumps were also ground out and my lot looks like there were never any shrubs/ trees planted in that location.
We had a great experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

"The provider was called regarding a gutter issue. When the provider arrived, he checked the roof and told us that it needed repair or replacement. He gave us estimates for both. Based on the estimates, we decided to have the roof replaced and at the same time, the gutters would be repaired. The roof looks good, however, we have not had any heavy rain since that time to confirm the gutters are fixed. We put down a 1/3 deposit on the roof and have not received a copy of their signed contract nor the 50 Year Transferable Warranty, which was the selling point of having the new roof put on. The morning the workman showed up to replace the roof, they asked my husband for more money up front. He said no, that in compliance with the contract, they would get the balance after the roof was replaced - that is what we did. They have been paid in full. We have tried to reach Jack Walker, the owner of Home Pro Roofing & Remodeling, since the roof was replaced and we have been unable to reach him via his office and cell phone numbers."

It went very well the guys really know what they are doing.I was a little disappointed that my front yard got a little messed up but that really was unavoidable.I guess with all of the rain and the heavy truck and chipper it couldn't be helped.As I said before the guys really know what they are doing bringing those tall trees down without damaging anything. I would definitely use them again.
