"Great to work with - good communication throughout the process . Quick response to my request for a quote which was competitive with others I received. Work was started when indicated. We had 2 retaining walls (the larger one 6.5 ft. tall x 43 ft) and steps replaced. The 2 person crew was on time, worked all day (weather permitting for February). Their work in integrating the steps was impressive; and we appreciated the precision in cutting the caps and ensuring the corners were mitered exactly. Looks great. We are very happy with the outcome and have some additional work we will be using them for in the future."

"I was disappointed in that I went to this firm for their design experience and ability to execute the plan. They did a good job with the new plan, but when the installation crew arrived we were told the designer would not be coming out to the site. The site foreman asked me where to place the plants. My response was that that's why I hired your firm. The designer did eventually come out to the job completed. The designer did not follow up with us to see if we were satisfied. The work was completed to our expectation, but we were disappointed with the process."

"I needed to replace my front brick steps from Brick to Concrete. We have been running into loose bricks, pretty much after each winter, to the extent that I was concerned about safety of visitors (my brother-in-law fell on a loose brick). Chris and crew showed up on time (like 1 min early!). And they did a great job taking all the bricks out and pouring concrete instead to give us a peace of mind and a good looking concrete steps. Throughout the process, Chris explained to me what is going on in detail and answered all my questions. I probably asked him the same question a few times and he patiently answered my questions. Chris is a master mason with specialty in concrete. He knows what he is doing and does it well. He is humorous, generous and a gentleman. Chris (personally) spent a lot of time power washing other areas of my pavers even though that was not part of the deal. I offered to pay him for it but he refused and said "I just want the place to look gorgeous when I leave. I highly recommend Chris and his team for any concrete / cement work."
