"From start to finish, my experience with Rogers Basement Waterproofing was the the kind of experience we all hope for when hiring a professional. I contacted Rogers initially to get an idea of how to start addressing external moisture issues around my home’s foundation. My plan was to start by having new downspout/sump drainage lines installed, but my goal was to find a trusted company I could have confidence in for addressing future foundation/basement issues that are inevitable in aging homes. Shortly after my initial call, Nick contacted me. At our appointment he arrived promptly and took the time to listen to all my concerns. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to communicate with. He answered my millions of questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured. In fact, I felt so impressed with that consult that I signed a contract on the spot—something I never do—for installation of drainage lines. The day before the scheduled work, Nicole—the Office Manager—contacted me to confirm and answer any questions I might have. I did have a request concerning one of the lines, and she relayed that request as soon as our call ended. Within minutes, I was contacted by Nick that my request was noted. Nicole was so incredibly nice that it further confirmed that I’d chosen the right company. On the scheduled day, the 4 man crew arrived on the dot. Shortly afterward, Nick stopped by to see how the work was going and to see if I had any questions/concerns. The crew, Zach, Craig, Hunter, and Josh were the hardest workers ever and couldn’t have been more friendly and pleasant. All four, and Nick, went out of their way to put my mind at ease about the process. The crew are more than skilled workers, they are craftsmen. They did meticulous work and went above and beyond. While routing a line to avoid tearing up a garden bed, a huge rock had to be hacked out of the ground. It’s now a cool garden feature since one of the crew kindly offered to wash it off and haul it over to one of the garden beds! The terrific crew were so efficient that the work was completed in under four hours. You literally cannot see where the trench was dug. Last night, we had a gulley washer rainfall. My neighbors probably thought I had lost my mind standing in the street in the rain in the dark with a flashlight—but it was so great watching the rainwater pouring out of the new drainage pipe ? The entire experience with the folks at Rogers felt like I was working with family. Just amazing. I’m so happy to have found a trusted company to turn to if future foundation/ basement issues arise. "Scott Hall Remodeling did a excellent job. Worked with us to get the kitchen that we envisioned. Worked with the budget that we had. Kept us informed on what would happen and what time frame. Mike was a joy to work with. The kitchen was enclosed to keep the rest of the house clean. Excellent workmanship. Kept us informed of any delays that occurred because of Covid.. Definitely would hire them again."

"Richardson Exteriors did the roof of my apartment complex in Dublin and also did the roof on all the garages in my apartment complex. During the process of them doing the roof on my garage they neglected to let the office Personnel know that they are going to do the roofs that day like they said they would let everybody know. They went ahead and did the roof with everybody's belongings in the garage and their vehicles which caused damage to my vehicle and other people's belongings and vehicles. I had nails on top of my car, shingle grit all over my car, and chunks of plywood all over my car. My car is a classic vehicle and the paint got damaged. I had my office at my apartment complex reach out to them they never contacted me or the office I tried to contact Richardson exteriors directly through email and they did not reply. 100% would never use this company ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone."

"Cabinets were high quality, workers were friendly but under stress due to what they called a work model. They ran into a couple of things that slowed down the work and took unnecessary short cuts. Dry wall was not all replaced where needed, dry wall mudding was a little sloppy and sanding was sloppy due to pressures of time. For the price that was paid the over all product was less the desired. A leak in a plumbing connection caused water damage to a downstairs bathroom ceiling and the repair was sloppy and the ceiling was left unpainted and spotted. The staff was under undue pressure to finish on Friday as the end of the week came so a new job could be started elsewhere the following Monday. While the workers were friendly and attentive the completed job has numerous flaws that are visible. The electrical work was excellent as was the installation of cabinets and counter tops. Until this company upgrades the over quality of work and allows extra time to properly complete a quality job when unforseen issues arise I would not recommend and felt we were overpriced due to the overall quality of work performed."

"These guys are awesome! These men work for pride, I am sure money too but put the pride in their work first. Very friendly! Showed up by 7am everyday, even in the rain and immediately started working. We had a couple not so common issues with our home and they went above and beyond creating fixes for those areas and they look great. Could not ask for anything to be better. Don't even waste your time calling anyone else for quotes. Also just an FYI - when it is the busy spring and summer season and a contractor tells you they can have a crew out the following week to start that should really bring up a red flag."

You can tell Doug and his crew have been working together a long time as they got here, laid everything out, and got the awning up in about 5 hours, and they probably spoke 5 or 10 words between them when I was out checking progress a few times. They each know their job and they get on with it. Doug has the lowest price of the three companies I checked with. Since they were all A+ rated, I went with him. Very happy thus far"

To all Client's and Potential Client's, I apologize. I kept thinking I will make time to help clients with their Interior finish carpentry work. I kept saying I would get back to clients. Although I sincerely intend to follow through it has become impossible. I should have posted that I am extremely backed up with work and have one job that has taken my full attention for months. "Stauffer's did a great job on my 2-story Tudor style home with synthetic stucco and cedar trim. I wanted the project done within a month of getting the quote, and they were able to accommodate. There were several parts to the project that they handled: power wash, repair holes in both wood and stucco made by carpenter bees and woodpeckers, replace trim boards that were damaged from incorrect flashing placement, prep and painting of all exterior surfaces including garage doors, entry doors, gutters/downspouts, and chimney flashing. Jorge and his crew worked diligently and with pride in the results. They power washed the entire exterior including all the brick and a large chimney, even removing stains from a rusted chimney cap. Multiple holes were patched and now can't tell where they were. Jerry (the owner) kept in close touch, making sure I understood when they would be doing what, and the options when it came to replacing the rotted wood and repairing damaged stucco. The carpentry expert he brought in for that part of the job did flawless work. During the final inspection, Jerry walked around the house with me and the crew quickly took care of a few things that were missed. One of them had roofing expertise and he fixed how one of the gutters was incorrectly positioned. I would definitely recommend Stauffer's Painting, Jerry is a straight shooter and very nice to work with, and his company does a quality job at a fair price."

"L&L did such quality work on the floors in our new home, which were badly pet-stained and in need of some TLC. Linda was super responsive and able to squeeze us the same week we moved in. She told us ahead of time everything we needed to expect. Nick and his grandson were the ones who worked on the floors. They made quick work of the job and we were able to be back in our home within just a couple of days. Our floors are absolutely gorgeous! I am so glad we went with L&L and would recommend them to anybody."

"I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom! Shane did an Excellent job! I live in a mobile home doublewide and I know that it threw a few challenges to the project because of it along with a few issues we hadn’t anticipated running into, such as rotten flooring. Along with the excellent workmanship, Shane is extremely good at communication, such as how things are going, when he will be there so forth. 5 stars as far as I am concerned is not enough. I hope to be able to redo my second bath at some point and Shane will be who I contact. I would like to add the materials that Shane used are top of the line!"
