"Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

Alan was the person who came after that, to work and to supervise the jobs. The company was always responsive to all our questions, and Alan was reachable by email when something came up that we needed to coordinate schedules, etc. After the mold remediation, we hired Mold Solutions to prepare for a new floor so that toxins would be not only HEPA vacuumed but also under negative pressure to protect the inside. We had been satisfied the first time around, so we used Mold Solutions for two more projects. Alan consistently lowered our anxiety, and even now I feel I could call and ask him something about it and he would be helpful. In modern terms, the opposite of a robot."

He also told me about a paint to use to keep it from coming back. The outside mold could also be easily handled. Grant eased my anxiety about the mold in my house. Not one time did they have materials or remains from the demo anywhere besides under the proper containment they installed. overall they were very efficient and the job was completed nicely. i have an asthmatic son who is easily bothered by dust particles as well as mold, and throughout Nick's demo and cleanup, my son never had any issues because they used a high quality air scrubbing device to ensure the air was cleaned. After the job was complete, Nick has since been in correspondence with me to once again ensure i was happy with the job. i recommend this company with a 5 star rating!"
