I just didn’t feel like he had a lot of experience but he was here quite awhile, inside and outside the home. Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable."

"FlynnWarden (owner) and nephew Jason came and did a very through inspection of entire home to see if mold in basement had spread to other areas--(had not).Got complete,through report from certified lab identifying each type of mold and concentration. Mold was carpet far enough that they removed all 900 sq. ft. Also had to demolish some portions of Rosewood paneling and studs, etc. Jason brought a crew of 7, took 2 days and quality of staff and clear competence eliminated our problem. Subsequent testing and lab report showed no mold! While this was costly, great value was received. We used industrial size true HEPA air handlers on all 3 floors to capture any mold that may have become airborne. Crew were responsive and great to work with. Mold made me (but not wife and son) very sick---- nauseous, headache,etc. The fact that that stopped,shows that we are mold free. I have talked to friends who are in the business of renovation (one has 25 rental properties), restoration,etc. and they have either used AAA, or know of them by reputation. All have the same opinion as I----5 star. So, would I recommend AAA? Yes , without reservation. They showed up on time, worked their a**** off, got up into the attic and cleaned the actual trunk lines, took a lot of videos and pictures to show their results, and eliminated a lot of mold and dirt residue. "Stephen was prompt in coming to the house for the initial inspection.  After receiving the estimate, I asked about making some changes and another estimate was received the next day.   <br> <br>Some other estimates were not able to include the changes I requested and/or did not use products that were as well rated as the products used by Mold Drs.  No other estimates offered a lifetime transferrable warranty. <br> <br>Technicians removed 1900 sq ft of moldy insulation, sprayed to kill the the mold on joists and sub-floor, spray sealed the entire crawlspace and finally installed new insulation and vapor barrier. <br> <br>Because of drying time required, the entire process took a while, but it was not rushed and done properly. Crawlspace looks and smells a whole better.  I would definitely recommend their service."
