"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"FlynnWarden (owner) and nephew Jason came and did a very through inspection of entire home to see if mold in basement had spread to other areas--(had not).Got complete,through report from certified lab identifying each type of mold and concentration. Mold was carpet far enough that they removed all 900 sq. ft. Also had to demolish some portions of Rosewood paneling and studs, etc. Jason brought a crew of 7, took 2 days and quality of staff and clear competence eliminated our problem. Subsequent testing and lab report showed no mold! While this was costly, great value was received. We used industrial size true HEPA air handlers on all 3 floors to capture any mold that may have become airborne. Crew were responsive and great to work with. Mold made me (but not wife and son) very sick---- nauseous, headache,etc. The fact that that stopped,shows that we are mold free. I have talked to friends who are in the business of renovation (one has 25 rental properties), restoration,etc. and they have either used AAA, or know of them by reputation. All have the same opinion as I----5 star. So, would I recommend AAA? Yes , without reservation. "We were extremely pleased with our service from Air Specialties. I called Kevin after noticing mold on the registers in my daughters room. He was out within a few days and provided an estimate for the job. While he was there he did an amazing job explaining the process and I knew if I hired him it would be done the right way. His team did a great job cleaning and removing the mold in our air ducts and trunk lines which was shown to me in pictures and videos that Kevin took. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up after the work was complete (it was cleaner than before they arrived). Lastly, they even painted some of the registers that were chipped, so they looked brand new. I couldn’t be more impressed with their service and I feel better about the air my family is breathing."

"Stephen was prompt in coming to the house for the initial inspection.  After receiving the estimate, I asked about making some changes and another estimate was received the next day.   <br> <br>Some other estimates were not able to include the changes I requested and/or did not use products that were as well rated as the products used by Mold Drs.  No other estimates offered a lifetime transferrable warranty. <br> <br>Technicians removed 1900 sq ft of moldy insulation, sprayed to kill the the mold on joists and sub-floor, spray sealed the entire crawlspace and finally installed new insulation and vapor barrier. <br> <br>Because of drying time required, the entire process took a while, but it was not rushed and done properly. Crawlspace looks and smells a whole better.  I would definitely recommend their service."
