"I came home on Thursday afternoon to find water on the kitchen floor and the refrigerator and freezer warming up. I started calling repair places after five fifteen pm and John was the only one who spoke with me directly and made an appointment with me for Friday. John said he would call me between three and five pm to let me know he was on the way and he called me right around three thirty. He let me know he would be at my house in the next thirty minutes and he arrived within that timeframe. John knew immediately what was the issue with the refrigerator and had the problem corrected within 15 minutes.
