"Man promise to come out to do some work and did some work for me then he came out and he come back after that with two guys and said he had a family emergency and he couldn't stay to finish the work and supposed to bring out a ladder and get to a board and agreed to replace and his ladder wasn't tall enough and he brought it out but he come out with this ladder and did not reach the area needed to get fixed so I let used my ladder. After the damaged my house and left off the ground with nails sticking up out of the boards an in unsafe manner and started nail it and I actually stepped it by myself and damaged my lantern light left hanging on the side of my garage. The guys was not accomplished at all and try to make excuses why his wok done unproperly. I had to take the board off my house and it turn out because they had put it on the rough side up. I had a struggle through this Carpenter that didn't do all the work he was supposed to do and it was a messed service."

"When Home Genius knocked on my door I wasn't even considering getting a new roof because I figured I couldn't afford quality work and I wasn't willing to have someone get up there for cheap who was just going to mess things up or cause my work down the line. I had this big hole in my daughter's room and some leakage around my chimney and the roof on my house hadn't been replaced or repaired in maybe fifteen years. Anyway, now sitting at my roof and looking at the work they did and how willing they were to work with my financial situation I feel like one of those people on HGTV. It was like winning a sweepstakes. I also had this terrible solar panel situation from a solar company who went bankrupt but they went far and beyond the extra mile to help me accommodate me in this regard as well. I'm just super hyped and I feel like I have a major burden lifted off my shoulders. Just amazing work combined with amazing customer service. "

"We hired rick for a large job remodeling are bedroom, and bathroom, and walk in closet, installing a pocket door between the bedroom and bath, and new flooring. Rick always showed up on time was very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. We knew are project entailed a lot of things moving vents, moving electrical outlets tearing down walls etc. We couldn't find someone to do all those things we wanted done, luckily we found Rick and he was up for the task.
