"As always with Matthew, a positive experience that exceeded our expectations. We had scheduled our appointment some weeks in advance and Matthew contacted me a week or so ahead of the date and again the day before to confirm and give me an arrival time. He also offered to pick up the new door on his way to install, thereby saving us a $79 delivery charge. He arrived very promptly, actually a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time and immediately began. Since this was an exterior door, Matthew hung a drop cloth over the opening to minimize dust, flies and heat coming into the house. He also protected the tile floor with a mat over the work area. He asked if my dogs were secure before taking down the door, something I greatly appreciated. He also asked if I would mind him playing his radio in the garage while he worked. As always, very polite and considerate. He installed the door, trim and hardware and did a beautiful job of painting. He re-used the lockset we had recently purchased for our old door and re-keyed the new deadbolt so that we could use the same key for both locks. Then he showed me how to re-key should we need to do that at some point in the future. Clean up was meticulous. Matthew swept the work area, including the baseboards where some dust had drifted, as well as garage space surrounding the door. I wish that all service providers offered the same work ethic, professionalism and expertise that Matthew does. He is truly outstanding."

"Steve and his coworker scheduled my project for Friday morning, June 17. They announced that they were on their way and arrived, as scheduled. They immediately went to work and did phase I (remove Pergo and lay ceramic tile) in no time. It was done all so quickly, a testament to how these 2 folks work well together with Steve measuring and his coworker cutting the tiles, to perfection. Steve told me he would return the next morning for Phase II, grouting and toilet replacement. He arrived right on time the next day and again went right to work. Again, he was done in no time. Steve cleaned up after himself, and I had to do absolutely nothing. His work was excellent and we are very happy with the final project. My only suggestion to Steve and his crew would be to wear a mask, at least when doing the initial meeting of the customer, in these days of COVID. When he was working in the powder room there was more than ample distance between us. Just a suggestion. Again, we are extremely happy with the job done and I would recommend Pete Anderson (and Steve) to everyone."

"I just moved here from Illinois, and was super overwhelmed with the many things that needed to be fixed at the house...the prospect of trying to track down multiple tradesmen to do all of these different things was daunting. I happened across Bizzy B's info on Yelp when I was looking for a plumber, and when Justin stopped out to help with that issue, he told me they could also take care of that entire (extensive) list, with no problem. Lance and Justin did, indeed, take care of that whole list, not the least of which was an exceptionally large fence in our yard that I was pretty sure we would have to scrap within the year. They said they could power wash it and paint it up, and it could have a lot more years of life AND look good. I thought it was worth the chance, considering the price of a brand new fence, and I was surprised beyond my wildest dreams that it could even look this fantastic! All of the work was excellent, and almost as important, they were both extremely friendly, took the time to interact with the dogs when they were in the house, and genuinely felt like friends in the couple of weeks they spent here. I know I probably wouldn't have been that upbeat and kind if I had spent all day baking in the sun when it was approaching 100 degrees. Overall, super impressed...and so are the neighbors.
