The did a great job with the takedown and removal of the old fencing, did a great job with the installation of the new fence installation, left the work area and my driveway clean and made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. "Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.

"I had hired Nick a couple of years ago to paint the outside of the house I was living in. His men did an incredible job. When I bought my apartment, I called him in to do the work. I did not even bother to get another estimate. He is expensive, and worth every penny. He painted a 2400 sq. ft. apartment to my color specifications, hung wallpaper, removed a closet door and framed it out for a new bifold door, attached door stops and switch and outlet plates, had his electrician  hang fixtures, and do wiring for TV and internet. He removed a whole wall of mirror which was becoming detached from the wall, and repaired and painted that wall. No one would ever know anything had hung there at one time. I did wind up paying over and hove the figure above, because I then had the electrician remove a good bit of recessed lighting, and install LED lighting."

"We met with the owner, Tom Hemmerle to do a walk through and discuss the project.  We were looking for someone who could complete the project in a timely manner within a specific timeframe.  We live in Manhattan and have to be sensitive to our neighbours with regards to construction debris and general access in and out of the building.  Tom was very professional and understanding of our concerns. We hired him to do a complete remodel of the master bathroom, which had not been touched in 30 yrs. They did a phenomenal job, during all of the various stages of construction.  From the demo through to the finished materials being installed.  

After our bathroom remodel, we also hired Paragon to refinish our flooring throughout and also repaint the interior of our home.
The crew were always courteous and responsive to any of our concerns and they went above and beyond in helping us feel taken care of.

I would highly recommend Paragon, especially to anyone who faces the challenges of living in a building in NYC (without a freight elevator) and attempting a remodel within a very tight schedule.  Tom is a pro!
