There was a scheduling mishap with them, and I called TAS. My clothes washer has a 5 year warranty when the industry standard is for 3 years. The first place I called was very skeptical. They eventually agreed to honor that provided I produce the warranty documentation. TAS lookup up my model online while I was on the phone and confirmed the 5-year warranty. The technician arrived within the window and had a part in hand. Based on my description he knew what was wrong. He completed the repair within a reasonable amount of time and was personable.
