"My Electrolux front loading wash machine broke a spring which holds the drum in place. This caused the machine to be horribly off balance and nearly caused it to self destruct. I called Marty on a Saturday and he came to diagnose it the following Monday. He located the problem and found the spring locally. He came back Thursday and fixed the machine It is now running again like new. The cost to me was very reasonable ($225) considering it was a very hard job and he was very proficient at the task. I would have him back for any future repairs on this machine or any other appliance I have, in a heartbeat."

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"I had to deal with several breakdowns which were repaired in a timely manner 5stars for SIS"

"Price quoted to do repair was approx $350 to replace computer board, which included $162 for 5  minutes of labor to snap new board in. Declined service. Was charged service call. They did NOT accept ANGIES LIST coupon for service call, even though the coupon did not mention this. Serviceman was polite & professional though.

"Kim came over right away to install our new gas stove and for less than half of what others were charging. The other three people we called would not have been able to come out for almost a week! Kim also thoroughly inspected our gas line and repaired a small leak that we were unaware of, still less expensive than any competitors' install price alone! When we found out that Kim does all sorts of handyman jobs- we were sold. He is now our only "go to" for any household repair or install."

"The repair of the deck was the major part of the work that  Jamie performed. His work was excellent and was reasonably priced. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and performed the job as soon as he was able to. We are  very  pleased with the work that he did and would certainly utilize his services for other jobs in the future.

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"
