Barbara went over the process, what would be done on the day of and next day, gave us the price, so we booked our cleaning. The RRP crew arrived on the day, cleaned our roof in a timely manner and applied a sealer to prevent new growth anytime soon. Our roof is now lichen/moss-free and winter ready. It looks like it did when we first moved in. The crew was thorough and very helpful. The price fell within what we expected to pay for such a service and the fact that RRP use organic products, was HUGE to us.
