He knows how to read directions and when the door was completed in under 30 minutes it worked perfectly. He is a perfectionist and very neat workman. "Rich and his crew did a great job. The job took one and a half days. The clean up was through. They used magnetic rollers to find any nails that fell around the house . What could have been a problem turned out fine. One of his workers accidentally put a 3 in. dent in my garage door. Rich told me he would take care of it , and he did. He arranged for a brand new panel to be installed (using my garage door company) and paid for it. No hassles, no excuses the replacement was taken care of immediately.
