"Steve put up a sliding screen door that I bought on line from Home Depot. He did a spectacular job. He knows how to read directions and when the door was completed in under 30 minutes it worked perfectly. He is a perfectionist and very neat workman. Hire him for any job that requires a skilled craftsman. He does superior work . When he was finished I asked him to complete another job I had been putting off; Removing and cleaning the down spout in front of my house; He did it and also took the time to add a leaf catcher so It wont have to be removed again. "Rich and his crew did a great job. The job took one and a half days. The clean up was through. They used magnetic rollers to find any nails that fell around the house . What could have been a problem turned out fine. One of his workers accidentally put a 3 in. dent in my garage door. Rich told me he would take care of it , and he did. "They did an impressive job. The work was beautiful. The workmen were excellent. The supervisor got to me every night if i had any questions. They were superb. When i first contacted them, the owner of the company came and gave me a thorough estimate. They scheduled a time that they would come. It had to be coordinated with those working on the floor. They were delayed because of the storms. They contacted me and we rescheduled it. Before the job started, the supervisor came and looked at what job is to be done and he kept sending me notes every night. I felt comfortable leaving my keys with them. They told me everything up front and they were highly professional. The people that came in my house afterwards appreciated the job they did."

"I mean, a mailbox is a mailbox, or so I thought.  I am very pleased with my new mailbox installed by "You've got mail".  Really!  It looks much better than my old one ever did (a do it yourself installation).  The lettering on the side showing my address is lovely.  The installer even took my old and broken mailbox and post away, which was a complete surprise.

Once Diane and I connected, everything went smoothly.  There was a bit of a delay because she had a family emergency but who has not ever had one of those?
