"When confronted with a crisis because of a copper plumbing burglary, Mr. Grady, of Grady's Painting, Plastering and Construction, willingly traveled many miles to come to my aid. Requesting only a $1.00 deposit against a $4,500.00 job, he masterfully reconstructed my nineteenth century lath and plaster hallway wall, also thoroughly compensating for a missing portion of a central stud unwittingly removed by a plumber! After his extensive search for appropriate composition and dimension of material, he replaced and replicated a section of my forty-year-old faux onyx tub surround with common white PVC sheet, tinted oil-based colors, glaze, paint brush, and a rag. His applied natural talents and superlative skills saved me thousands of dollars! On the basis of both professional conversation and knowledgeable observation, Mr. Grady possesses the intrinsic knowledge of old-world trades, the artistic capabilities, the problem=solving thought processes, and the personal work ethic to accomplish a broud scope of reconstruction and restoration."

"Castro Stoneworks expertly and expeditiously tackled two projects for us while overcoming challenges of elevation and existing natural and man-made structures. The end result exceeded our expectations! 1. Our front porch was reworked with stacked stone risers and bluestone deck, and tied into an existing brick walkway and hill. 2. In the back yard, our old wood deck was replaced with a 16'x22' bluestone patio and stoop, with stacked stone wall perimeter. We had to contend with a hill and irremovable tree stump. From the initial contact to completion of the project, our experience with Carlos and his team was professional and thorough. We collaborated on design, visited the stone yard for the right stone, and coordinated schedules. Both jobs were completed neatly, on time, and on budget. Carlos Castro is a true artisan who is passionate about the form, function, and quality of each phase of the project. He communicated concerns and provided creative solutions to the inevitable obstacles that present themselves in a project. In addition to the integrity of the work, he truly wants the customer to be happy. This attention to detail and commitment to quality and service was clearly carried out by his team. Our home has been transformed; we highly recommend Castro Stoneworks!"

"Dallas did a great job!!! Will use again for brick and paving work"

"It went great. He ripped up the old driveway and did not disturb the block that was lining the driveway. He did a clean job. He laid seed for grass around the trim and it came out very clean and nice looking. The guy that did the install was a really nice guy."

"Hightower did an amazing job on my stoop and walkway. I would recommend them for any masonry needed. Above and beyond what was asked for, and will use them on any projects in the future."
