Doors were removed, screws taken out, nails and stripping removed, saw work on spaces too narrow was done, old fixtures were diced and sliced, new fixtures were installed, sawdust was removed, doors & hinges were replaced, tub liner curtain installed and hung, caulking and sealing completed ALL I 1/2 day early!!!! "We are so pleased with the remodel of our bathroom and the way that it was accomplished by Wiseman’s Home Improvement! Getting in and out of the old tub and its sliding shower door attachment was awkward and cleaning everything was a pain. That was just one of several issues with our bathroom. We knew we wanted to replace the tub with a walk-in shower and upgrade the sink, countertop and flooring. We took bids from several contractors, but we were particularly impressed with Wiseman’s. Wiseman’s helped us throughout the design of the remodel. They accompanied us to pick out tiles for the shower as well as the flooring, and countertop and offered valuable suggestions to ensure that colors and textures were compatible. With their help we were able to add unique and personalized touches to our project. Every part of the process, from demolition to final touch-ups, was controlled by Wiseman’s. The workmen arrived on time, covered adjacent carpeting from dust and grime, and cleaned up after themselves every day. There was minimal interruption to our daily activities. They helped us acquire a custom designed shower door and a unique beveled glass mirror. As unforeseen problems arose, they found alternative solutions. The work was completed above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We have another project planned for a kitchen remodel and Wiseman’s Home Improvement will be the contractor we call. We give them an A+ in every category. "Garrett was a pleasure! Very professional and had a great (very long) pitch. We spent nearly three hours going over everything from Dabella's business ethics to viewing samples of the products and what it could potentially look like in our home. Everything seemed dandy and good quality. However the price was way out of our budget, even with their financing options (in total the price was comparable to my Subaru Legacy!) to convert our shower to a tub. Not to mention that I really didn't like the aesthetic of their acrylic products (which is the only choice btw). We initially had agreed to hire them but I just couldn't commit to something that I fully wasn't in love with. I'm sure other people would find their products appealing, but it just wasn't for us."

We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe.
